The camper and Kyle were great. He allowed us to move up to a better-equiped model with a tank heater, just in case temps dipped below freezing. He was very patient and thorough walking me—a first timer—through everything, and helped me troubleshoot at camp (after first offering to drive to camp and fix it himself). 10/10 experience and we'll gladly rent from Uncle Jibs again.

Very much enjoyed our RV rental through Uncle Jibs. Great RV for what we were trying to do (boondocking trip out west) and great support from Uncle Jibs during our rental. Had a couple simple issues (not new renters, but not the most fluent in RV technology) that were very quickly resolved over the phone. Would highly recommend to anybody to check them out!

The RV was overall good. Things that were not so good.The powered roof vent did not work. The electric brakes did not work.The awning did not work the poles did not lock to support the awning. The air-conditioning work awesome. As well as the heater.

This was our first time renting a trailer. It was comfortable & equipped with everything we needed. Was a great experience, would rent from Uncle Jibs again. Service was excellent in every way - communication, delivery & pick-up. Thanks!

Great camper, good communication and easy reservation/pick-up/drop-off process. Will definitely rent from Uncle Jibs again. Only thing that for improvement would be to have someone other than the previous renters clean the camper. It would be nice to feel like the camper was thoroughly cleaned before using it.

Pick up and drop off was easy. The trailer worked out well and was clean. One disappointment would be about what we were expecting in the trailer. The details said “everything you need- just bring bed linens.” The provisions were lacking. One pot, no pan/skillet, no cutting board, no coffee cups, only red solo cups and plastic silverware- which was completely out of forks, four paper plates,etc. We were lucky to have brought our own camping box with us, but had we not, we’d have been out of luck.
